Perfect location and delightful experience
I absolutely loved my stay! The location was exceptional, just a short walk from Times Square and various theaters. My room was a Deluxe Queen Room, spacious and equipped with modern amenities, including a mini kitchenette that was perfect for late-night snacks. The complimentary wine and cheese hour every evening was a lovely touch that allowed me to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. adding more variety would be great.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location just steps from Times Square, ensuring easy access to the theater and local eateries. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the mattresses could use an upgrade. Although the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

The Pearl's location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Times Square. The amenities like the complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine were great touches, but the room felt a bit cramped, and the maid service had some hiccups. Overall, it was a solid experience worth repeating.

It was just a balanced option for short visits in New York with great value for the money. The front desk staff was super helpful, even checking my bag while I waited for my room. Make sure to look for the coffee and snacks on the second floor!

When me and my partner arrived, the room was ready and clean, just like I like it. It felt special, like they really wanted us to have a good time.
It was pricey, but honestly, worth it in the end.

The location of Pearl is exceptional, just a short walk from Times Square and nearby theaters. My room was a Deluxe King Room that offered ample space to accommodate my work necessities, including a desk and comfortable seating. The staff were attentive and efficiently assisted me with setting up my presentation equipment. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast, though basic, provided a good start to my day with fresh pastries and coffee.
The breakfast options were quite limited with no hot food available.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a spacious Deluxe Queen Room for 2 nights. Convenient access to theaters and restaurants made our trip enjoyable. Outstanding service from the staff, especially during the wine reception. However, update the pillows for a more restful sleep and consider revising breakfast hours.

The location is unmatched, with killer joints like Da Marino and Junior's just a stone's throw away. The free wine happy hour is a delightful perk to unwind after a long day exploring.
Breakfast could’ve used real utensils instead of those plastic ones. Check-in was rough.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the free coffee available in the lobby all day. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the wine tasting was a nice touch too! The only downside was the slightly high family rate, but it's worth it for the experience. 😊

Super chill spot in NYC!
The staff was super friendly and helped us switch to a room with queen beds, which was perfect for us. They have free snacks and beverages 24/7. Breakfast at the cozy diner next door. Only bummer was the breakfast area felt a bit cramped sometimes.
